Alicia Powell, Ed.D.
For the last 18 years, I’ve worked with children and adults at various levels of education. My work centers on understanding what makes schools succeed and using those insights to inform stronger instructional and leadership practices. My approach blends analytical insight with creative problem-solving to achieve measurable, sustainable results. I’m driven by the belief that equitable access to quality education requires both innovation and data-informed decisions. My particular education interests are literacy, educational technology, and instructional leadership.
Meredith Mathers, Ed.D.
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with students, families and staff spanning all ages and grades. My focus has been on building inclusive learning environments, coaching educators, and developing professional development programs that strengthen both teacher practice and student outcomes through a whole-child approach. Through data collection, analysis, problem-solving and creative solutions, measurable outcomes can be achieved. Driven by a belief in the impact of education, I strive to foster environments where both students and teachers can learn, grow, and thrive together.
